Keysight/Agilent/HP ICT ATE 307X


When using the Unisoft software to program the Keysight/Agilent/HP ICT ATE 307X (Keysight) tester you can use one of two methods:

When creating the Keysight Board and Board XY files you would normally follow the standard procedure outlined in the TEST-FIXTURE user manual located at

Along with the procedure provided in the manual above the table below lists the fields in the .TST library file needed when creating the Keysight Board and Board XY files.
