Keysight/Agilent/HP ICT ATE 307X

When using the Unisoft software to program the Keysight/Agilent/HP ICT ATE 307X (Keysight) tester you can use one of two methods:

The first method is to import a CAD file into the Unisoft software then export out a standard CAD file that the Keysight tester can import and use the Keysight software to generate the test program and fixturing for the tester.
This method is straightforward. In the Unisoft software first import the source CAD file and then export the target CAD file from the CAD Export menu.
The second method is to generate the Board and Board XY files directly using the Unisoft software. Some details follow. Please contact Unisoft for training.

When creating the Keysight Board and Board XY files you would normally follow the standard procedure outlined in the TEST-FIXTURE user manual located at
