Using the Unisoft PCB assembly ( PCBA ) viewer software throughout the production floor and for customers, vendors, etc.

If you are not already doing so you may want to consider what a large percentage of Unisoft customers are doing. Many Unisoft customers with current licenses use the ProntoVIEW-MARKUP (https://www.unisoft-cim.com/pcbview.htm ) PC Assembly Board viewer software throughout their production floors! All you need is the Unisoft   .F2B   file to display your PC board with the included viewer.

To create the   .F2B   simply open one of your PCB's with any licensed copy of Unisoft software and click   FILE   then   SAVE   or   SAVE AS .

Customers use the PCB assembly ( PCBA ) viewer by creating folders for each of their products and then place the appropriate   .F2B   file(s) in those folders to the various projects for their company. Then throughout the day assembly, inspection, repair technicians or anyone else in the company has access to display those PC Assemblies. Access to those folders by each PC on the production floor can be had in several ways for example by simply clicking on the .F2B file in the appropriate folder or by creating a clickable link webpage with a list of projects, etc., for more info   https://www.unisoft-cim.com/launching-from-f2b.html . With the PCB assembly ( PCBA ) displayed in the Unisoft software there are over a hundred features available to those individuals to make their daily tasks easier.

Menus can be customized or removed completely for ease-of-use for specific areas of your production floor. For example for personnel performing PC Board inspection, hand assembly or first article inspection you can simplify its use by removing the menus that are not necessary in that department, for more info https://www.unisoft-cim.com/view-markup_menus-splash-page_customize-menus-and-splash-page.html .

You can also add custom Splash Page text that will be displayed when the software is first started such as "Inspection Department Unisoft PCB assembly ( PCBA ) Viewer", for more info https://www.unisoft-cim.com/view-markup_menus-splash-page_customize-menus-and-splash-page.html .

Outside your production floor you can also send the .F2B file and Viewer software to your customers or vendors for better communications. To let anyone view your PC Board simply give the person the MARKUP.EXE file found in the   c:\program files (x86)\unisoft   OR   c:\program files\unisoft   directory and the   .F2B   Unisoft PC Board file saved from the Unisoft software. Or they can download the full viewer software with the manuals, etc. free of charge at   https://www.unisoft-cim.com/view-markup_download.htm   and send them the   .F2B   PC Board file you wish them to view.

Additionally you can control ProntoVIEW-MARKUP remotely from your application or equipment via the external API programming interface supplied, for more info   https://www.unisoft-cim.com/remote-api.html .
