The MARKUPX.INI file
contains any customizations you’ve added to the Unisoft software. This
includes things like custom BOM importer templates, custom XYR importer
templates, custom Assembly Cost quoting templates, display fonts, colors,
and similar settings. It’s a good idea to back up this file periodically so
you don’t lose any of that work.
The MARKUPX.INI file is typically located in:
C:\Users\USERXXX\Documents\Unisoft
Here, USERXXX is the Windows user account you’re
currently logged into.
If you’re using OneDrive or another cloud sync service, the MARKUPX.INI file you’re actually using may be in that service’s Documents folder instead, so make sure to check there also.
